Back Order and Special Order Shipping:

We will make every effort to fill and ship any Back, and Special Orders as quickly as items arrive to West Coast Waterfowl. All Advance and Back Orders must be shipped via Standard Ground Delivery.

Insurance:

All orders are insured with the minimum insurance offered by the carrier at the time of shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of order.

Shipping Damages:

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods you receive immediately upon receipt for damage. If any goods are damaged in shipment, it will be your responsibility to pursue a claim with the carrier.

Refusal of Package upon Delivery:

If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
